ANTIBIOTIC SUSCEPTIBILITY PROTIA AST DL001

  • An in vitro diagnostic medical device that helps to quantify the sensitivity of 37 types of antibacterial agents to gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii) and gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis)  in a pure culture medium isolated from humans by an electrostatic capacity measurement method and helps to confirm antibiotic susceptibility
  • Specification
    • It is equipped with the largest number of antibiotics in Korea with a large-capacity 192-well test
    • ESBL(Extended-spectrum β-lactamase) strain, ICR(Clindamycin/ Erythromycin) Induced resistant strain test
    • 37 antibiotics and ESBL and ICR tests can be tested simultaneyously
    • Testing of new antibiotic resistance patterns such as Tigecycline, Teicoplanin, and Colistin
    • Significantly reduce inspection time to around 4-8 hours (different for each species)
    • Used for both Gram-negative(Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii) and Gram-positive(Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis) bacteria
    • Using 192-channel microelectrode, it shows high inspection accuracy
